1. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 18 August 2026 to 15 September 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Only registrations completed and paid within this window, at participating CIC centres across Malaysia, count toward campaign milestones.

2. Eligibility

Open to new and existing families registering a child at any participating CIC centre in Malaysia during the Campaign Period. Employees of CIC, centre operators, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the prize draws described in Clause 5, though they remain eligible for milestone credits on genuine registrations. CIC reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity (including NRIC) for any registration, credit, or prize claim.

3. Registration Fees

Registration fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including where a registration is subsequently cancelled or the child does not commence enrolment. Each child is counted once toward campaign milestones, identified by NRIC, regardless of how many registration submissions exist for that child. Duplicate submissions do not create duplicate entitlement.

4. Milestone Credits

Credits unlock as follows: 100 registrations (RM40), 250 registrations (RM125 cumulative), 500 registrations (RM225 cumulative). Credits are cumulative and retroactive — families who registered earlier in the Campaign Period receive the difference automatically when a later milestone is reached, provided their registration remains active and has not been cancelled at the time the milestone is reached.

Credits may be used toward CIC enrolment and other tuition fees, or CIC merchandise, but not toward registration fees. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be claimed before 30 November 2027, after which they are forfeited. Credits are applied only once enrolment payment (not merely registration payment) has been completed.

5. Prize Draws

At 1,000 and 2,000 cumulative registrations, CIC will conduct a prize draw among all eligible completed registrations recorded up to that point, excluding any found to be duplicate, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. One entry per child (by NRIC); registrations obtained through self-referral or other manipulation of the referral program are not eligible.

Winners are selected by random draw and notified within 7 days via the contact details provided at registration. Prize values shown (“up to RM2,000” per seat at 1,000 registrations; “up to RM25,000” per seat at 2,000 registrations) represent the equivalent of one year’s tuition fees for the package the winning child is enrolled in, up to the stated maximum, and do not represent a fixed cash value.

Prizes must be claimed by completing enrolment before 30 November 2026; prizes not claimed by this date are forfeited and may be reallocated or redrawn at CIC’s discretion. If a winning entry is later found ineligible under these terms, CIC reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.

6. Referral Program

Existing customers who refer a new registration receive RM25 per successful referral; the referred family receives whatever milestone credit tier is active at the time of their registration, and no additional referral bonus. A referral will not be honoured where the referrer and the referred family share the same NRIC, parent record, or family unit on CIC’s system. CIC reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral payments found to be obtained through self-referral or other manipulation.

7. Fraud and Disqualification

CIC reserves the right to investigate, void, or reverse any registration, milestone credit, referral payment, or prize entitlement obtained through duplicate registration, self-referral, false information, or any other manipulation of these terms, whether discovered before or after a credit or prize has been claimed.

8. Media and Consent

By participating in campaign livestream sessions or accepting a prize, families consent to CIC’s reasonable use of their name, likeness, and comments in connection with the campaign, including on livestream broadcasts and promotional materials, unless they notify their centre in writing that they do not consent. CIC will not feature children other than the participating family’s own child without separate, explicit parental consent.

9. Changes to the Campaign

CIC reserves the right to amend these terms, or to suspend, modify, or end the campaign, at any time, with notice provided through CIC’s official channels where reasonably practicable. Changes will not reduce credit or prize entitlements already earned by completed, eligible registrations at the time of the change.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. CIC’s decision on all matters relating to eligibility, milestone counts, and prize entitlement is final. Full terms are available on the campaign page and from your centre.
