CIC Where Leaders Are Born is an early childhood education provider operating across Malaysia. Our services include preschool and enrichment programmes, online registration and enrolment, parent communication platforms, and event management.

Use of Services

By using our website (cic.edu.my), HUBB Parent Portal (hubb.cic.edu.my), or any related services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and enrolment processes.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Use our services only for lawful purposes related to your child's education at CIC.

WhatsApp Communication Service

CIC uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API to communicate with parents and guardians. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive WhatsApp messages from CIC, you agree to the following:

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages via WhatsApp:

Registration & Enrolment Updates — Confirmation of registration, enrolment status, and document submission reminders.
Payment Notifications — Payment reminders, receipts, invoice notifications, and overdue fee alerts.
Centre Announcements — Important centre updates, closures, schedule changes, and event notifications.
Student Activity Updates — Daily check-in/out confirmations, activity summaries, and overtime notifications.
General Communications — Feedback responses, support replies, and administrative notices.

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your WhatsApp number during registration or through our platforms, you explicitly consent to receive messages from CIC via WhatsApp. This consent is voluntary — you may still use CIC's services without opting in to WhatsApp communications, though some notifications will then be delivered via email or SMS only.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by:

Replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from CIC.
Contacting us at customercare@cic.edu.my or calling 03-8687 6999.
Updating your communication preferences via the HUBB Parent Portal.

Opting out of WhatsApp does not affect your child's enrolment or access to CIC's services.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies depending on centre activities and your child's enrolment status. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. CIC does not charge any additional fees for WhatsApp communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CIC Where Leaders Are Born or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
