Requirements

• Support sales initiatives and assist in closing student enrolment leads.
• Present and communicate program offerings to prospective students and parents.
• Respond to customer, parent, and teacher inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and follow up on a prospect database to drive pipeline growth.
• Assist in facilitating and monitoring live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support service improvements.
• Facilitate student registration procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Generate invoices and receipts using internal systems.
• Prepare memos, fee structure documents, and intake reports as required.
• Compile and submit commission analyses and intake reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with teachers at the centre.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoy engaging with people.
• Responsible, proactive, and a team player.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Preferred

• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
